We were so pleased with the onsite manager Elsie she went above and beyond for us. We were dealing with the belongings to my exhusband who passed suddenly. I was there to assist my daughter put her fathers things in storage. She was from Southern California my son was in Washington. We put all his belongings my son would want in the storage my son came down from WA to pick them up and Elsie again helped him with entering the facility finding the unit.
